Site Manager
- Oversee the build from start to finish
- Manage sub-contractors and ensure quality finishes

About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure program measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background:
- Experience with site managing new build commercial/industrial projects
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive program
You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
- $150-180k package, based on experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
- Genuine processes in place to achieve work life balance
