Your new role
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will lead and support a small team of electricians while ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and coordinating daily electrical maintenance activities
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting electrical personnel
• Planning and scheduling maintenance works
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Liaising with customers, team members, and internal stakeholders
• Assisting with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving
• Promoting a positive and productive team culture
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational outcomes

What you'll need to succeed
Current Queensland Electrical LicenceMackay-based or willing to relocate to MackayPrevious experience leading or supervising an electrical maintenance team, or extensive experience as a Maintenance ElectricianStrong background in industrial, mining, construction, manufacturing, or similar environmentsProven commitment to safety, quality, and reliabilityStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to manage workloads and coordinate maintenance activitiesStable employment history demonstrating reliability and commitmentExperience with cranes, hoists, or lifting equipment is advantageous but not essential
