Maintenance Electrician
- Provide electrical maintenance support across production equipment and site infrastructure.
- Complete preventative and scheduled electrical maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns.

Permanent Day Shift
Join an established global manufacturer with a long-standing presence in the Australian market. The business operates from a busy manufacturing facility in Minto and is committed to maintaining a safe, reliable and efficient production environment.
Working as part of the site maintenance function, you will provide electrical maintenance support across production equipment and site infrastructure and new machinery/production line installation.
The standard shift is 6:00am to 2:06pm, Monday to Friday. On Wednesdays, the shift operates from 5:03am to 2:06pm, with the additional time contributing toward the RDO arrangement.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing preventative and scheduled electrical maintenance
- Responding to equipment breakdowns and production issues
- Performing electrical fault-finding and troubleshooting
- Supporting safe and reliable plant operation
- Completing maintenance records and related documentation
- Working closely with production and maintenance team members
- Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability
- Supporting maintenance projects, upgrades and shutdown activities
- Following site safety, isolation and permit procedures
What you'll need to succeed
- A current NSW Electrical Licence
- Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong electrical fault-finding and breakdown maintenance skills
- Experience completing preventative and planned maintenance
- A safety-focused and proactive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work independently and prioritise maintenance requirements
- Experience within FMCG, packaging, processing, production or continuous manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
