WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have a minimum of 6 months' post-qualification experience [up to senior level] as a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney [or are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ];
- have a degree or higher qualification in ENGINEERING [biomedical, electrical, mechanical aeronautical, telecommunications and/or computer engineering] OR SCIENCE [Chemistry, Physics];
- have hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting mechanical patents [essential] and some opposition experience [preferable];
- have strong technical, analytical + communication/people skills + strong commercial acumen;
- are ambitious+ serious about carving out a LONG-TERM successful career with a vibrant successful non-traditional firm that has the resources to support and help you to reach your full potential.
