YOUR ROLE
As a KEY member of this winning financial services team, reporting to and being mentored by two of Australia's TOP highly acclaimed partners, you will thrive and enjoy advising blue-chip clients on a FULL-SPECTRUM range of intellectually stimulating +challenging matters relating to:
- Managed funds-structuring, capital raising, M&As, investments, operations, asset servicing, distressed funds, regulatory issues.
- Superannuation- fund establishment, mergers, transfers, terminations, outsourcing, claims by members and beneficiaries, trust deed amendments and interpretation+ regulatory/compliance issues.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are an admitted lawyer in NSW with 3+ years (up to Senior Associate level) managed funds and/or superannuation law experience ideally from a reputable top/mid-tier tier/specialist law firm/in-house;
- have strong technical, communication and analytical skills+ a high commercial acumen;
