We’re currently looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our regional operations team. This role has opened up due to an internal promotion, so it’s a solid opportunity to step into a well-run position and make it your own.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be right in the mix—handling purchasing, keeping stock under control, and helping keep day-to-day operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with Supply Chain, Branch Operations, Sales, and Customer Service to make sure we’ve got the right stock in the right place and customers are looked after.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing purchasing and working with suppliers
- Keeping stock accurate with regular counts, checks, and adjustments
- Helping with customer and internal queries around stock and supply
- Working with operations and sales teams to meet demand
- Running reports to keep things on track
- Jumping on issues quickly and sorting them out with practical solutions
About you:
- Experience in purchasing or supply chain, with solid stock control skills
- Hands-on, reliable, and takes pride in getting the details right
- Comfortable working with different teams across the business
- Confident using systems (ERP) and Excel
- Straightforward communicator who works well in a team and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
