YOUR ROLE

across a wide range of inventions (eg pharmaceutical/drugs, medicinal, agricultural, electro-chemistry, chemical processes, food, medical devices, treatment methods, animal health) and industries (health/personal care, organic, pharmaceutical, agricultural, medicinal, biotech, industrial chemical, clean energy, food/beverage).

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have a minimum 2-10+ years’ patents experience [up to SENIOR ASSOCIATE level];
- are a registered Australian/NZ/European patent attorney [or are an overseas qualified patent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ];
- have a degree or higher qualifications [preferably a PHD] in Chemistry or similar;
- have solid hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting patents;
- have strong technical +communication/people skills + commercial acumen;
