We are seeking a locum ASAR-registered Sonographer to join a supportive hospital team. Diverse caseload with a strong focus on obstetrics.
Locum Sonographer
Location: St George, North Queensland
Hourly pay rate: Competitive hourly rates DOE + travel and accommodation
Date and Duration: 5th January to 26 February 26
Job Summary
We are seeking a locum ASAR-registered Sonographer to join a hospital team in regional Queensland. This role offers a varied caseload, with a strong focus on obstetrics, as well as travel and accommodation support.
This is a QLD Health role, which will require credentialing in line with their protocols. Our team can step you through this.
About the role
The role involves performing a variety of ultrasound procedures, including General, Small Parts, MSK, Vascular, and Obstetric scans, while working both independently and as part of a team. Applicants should be efficient in managing their worklist.
Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in MSK, general, small parts, breasts, obstetric and gynae, vascular, paeds ultrasound
- Ability to manage an independent workload and respond to urgent cases
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
- Current ASAR registration
