An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to join a respected and established property group with a strong presence across Western Australia.
Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial and retail assets, this role offers the opportunity to build strong client relationships, develop your property management expertise and work alongside an experienced and supportive team.

The Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a commercial and retail portfolio, including:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and key stakeholders.
- Managing lease administration, critical lease dates and tenancy matters.
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor engagement.
- Conducting routine property inspections.
- Preparing owner reports, budgets and forecasts.
- Managing arrears, outgoings recoveries and portfolio performance.
- Assisting with lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant retention strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and property management procedures.
- Working closely with facilities management, finance and leasing teams to maximise asset performance.
About You
- Previous experience as a Commercial Property Manager or Assistant Commercial Property Manager.
- Strong understanding of commercial property management principles and lease administration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Sound financial acumen and confidence interpreting property reports and budgets.
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Current driver's licence.
