About the role:

As a Multi Skilled Site Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of mobile plant and equipment, accurately loading trucks, stockpiling material, and supporting rail unloading operations.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Operating a Front End Loader to safely and accurately load trucks. (Use of Loadrite Scales)
• Tramming and stockpiling materials as required
• Operating computer systems to unload trains using SCADA/PLC system.
• Operating a water cart and street sweeper as required.
• Conducting general site housekeeping and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Conduct daily operational checks and report any plant, equipment or site issues.
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures and environmental requirements.
• Work collaboratively with a small team to achieve daily production and customer requirements.
• Assisting with other site duties and weighbridge as required.

 About you:

We are looking for someone who is reliable, safety focused and a team player who takes pride in their work.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience operating a Front End Loader, preferably in a quarry, construction materials or similar environment. (VOC required)
• Experience loading trucks using Loadrite or similar onboard weighing systems.
• The ability to operate a PC and learn site-based computer systems.
• A willingness and ability to learn and operate SCADA/PLC systems.
• Experience operating water carts, street sweepers or other mobile plant would be advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly when loading trucks and handling materials.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
