- $120,000 - $127,000 + Super + Salary Sacrifice

As the Healthy Ageing Clinical Advisor, you will provide day-to-day clinical leadership across Footprints' Healthy Ageing services. Reporting to the General Manager Service Operations, you will lead clinical governance, complex case reviews and clinical supervision for a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring safe, restorative and reablement-focused care for older people.
You will also:
- Lead clinical audits, incident oversight and continuous quality improvement
- Provide clinical supervision and specialist advice across multi-disciplinary teams
- Act as the escalation point for complex clinical needs and risks
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and sector reforms
- Facilitate case conferencing and clinical training
- Build clinical capability and support workforce development across the Ageing Well portfolio

About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health or a related clinical field
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience within aged care or community services
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and reform priorities, including Support at Home
- Experience delivering clinical supervision across multi-disciplinary teams (Nurses, OTs, EPs)
- A person-centred clinical leader passionate about helping older people live well
