This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, administration and operational support. You'll play a key part in ensuring stock is managed accurately, customers are supported efficiently and day-to-day store operations run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Support stock receivals, transfers and inventory management
- Assist with customer collections and delivery coordination
- Complete administrative and cash handling tasks
- Maintain an organised and safe warehouse environment
- Support stocktakes and inventory accuracy
- Work closely with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Help ensure smooth store operations every day
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail, warehouse, administration or customer service experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using computer systems and technology
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
