About the Role:
We are seeking dedicated and experienced Registered Nurses to join the Goulburn Mental Health Inpatient Unit. This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges while working in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the Mental Health Inpatient Unit.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Administer medications and provide therapeutic interventions in line with care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Participate in patient education and support recovery-focused initiatives.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Roster Details
- Rotating roster with availability required for all shifts:
- Early: 0700 – 1530
- Day: 1000 – 1830
- Evening: 1330 – 2200
- Night: 2130 – 0730
Benefits:

- Meal Allowances: Up to $118.15 per day (with receipts).
- Rate of pay based on award, plus casual loading, plus shift penalties.

Mandatory Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the Mental Health specialty.
- Current AHPRA registration without restrictions.
- Australian National Police Clearance.
- NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Additional mandatory compliance and onboarding requirements will be discussed during the initial screening interview.
