YOUR ROLE
As a KEY part of this internationally acclaimed banking/finance team (being led and mentored by some of Australia’s top banking/finance partners), representing blue-chip clients (world leading financial institutions,corporate borrowers, lenders, syndicates, sponsors), you will love advising on:
1) intellectually stimulating sophisticated banking/finance transactions including multi-level/jurisdictional/international transactions including:
- Corporate/leveraged/structured/trade/project, construction/ECA finance
- management buy-outs, leveraged buy-outs, cross-border financing, opco/propco restructurings, inter-creditor arrangements and real estate investment; PLUS
2) compliance with the Banking Act and Prudential Standards, AML legislation, privacy, credit reporting and the PPSA.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- have 5-10+ years PAE experience in banking/finance law with a 1st/2nd-tier firm or specialist boutique firm or in-house;
- have strong research/technical legal skills+ a strong commercial acumen+ ability to provide practical relevant advice;
- have outstanding people+leadership skills;
- proven ability to take ownership of your own files + manage client relationships;
