What we are looking for:

We are looking to connect with a Project Manager in the market who is interested in working with us. We have a pipeline of client projects to deliver in 2026 and beyond.

Initial project is to work with our client in the hospitality industry and support the analysis and implementation of an SAP S4HANA Public Cloud solution. The project is delivering a large quantity of modules including:

-       Finance

-       Supply Chain/Procurment

-       Ariba

Your collaborative and consultative nature will help you align with key project stakeholders to define and establish the project goals and success criteria that you will be measured on.

With your strong communication, planning and influencing skills you will tenaciously oversee deliverables, foreseeing, identifying and resolving risks and issues and reporting accordingly with project stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience:

·       Min 8+ years proven experience as a Project Manager and/or PMP Certification

·       Experience in SAP Project Delivery – Need to have S4 Hana Public Cloud & Ariba experience.

·       Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methodologies, project life cycle and project documentation

·       Proven experience in the delivery of medium to large scale projects, using formal project management methodology, techniques and tools

·       Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining key project deliverables.

·       Demonstrated experience in managing issues, scope and quality while bringing projects to successful completion within the cost and time requirements.

·       Demonstrated ability to 'juggle' time, cost and resources to achieve the clients desired outcome

·       Management and Leadership experience

·       Exemplary communication, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills

·       Operate in a well-structured, methodical manner, including detailed project planning and commercial reporting

·       Proven ability for delivering projects on time, on budget and within scope

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
  
  • Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, including S/4HANA and Ariba.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Manage scope, deliverables, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful project completion.
• Stakeholder Management:
  
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication.
  • Foster strong relationships with business units, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings, providing project updates, risk assessments, and progress reports.
• Risk Management:
  
  • Identify potential risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor project health, including scope creep, resource constraints, and timeline risks.
• Team Leadership and Coordination:
  
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts.
  • Provide guidance, support, and performance feedback to project team members.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment that promotes continuous improvement and innovation.
• Change Management:
  
  • Ensure smooth transition and adoption of new SAP solutions by coordinating change management activities.
  • Collaborate with organizational change management teams to manage user training, system documentation, and communication strategies.
• Financial Oversight:
  
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability of projects.
  • Provide regular financial forecasts, ensure billing accuracy, and manage any budget variances.
• Quality Assurance:
  
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Conduct project reviews and post-implementation assessments to ensure objectives were met.
• Compliance and Governance:
  
  • Ensure all project activities align with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Follow Strata Results’ delivery and governance methodologies.
• Post-Implementation Support:
  
  • Oversee post-implementation support, managing defect resolution, system stabilization, and user queries.
  • Ensure proper knowledge transfer and training for ongoing system maintenance.
