About the Company
TOM People and I are working with a leading Australian infrastructure organisation to recruit a Group Finance Business Partner. This business manages critical infrastructure assets and is undergoing significant investment and growth, creating a highly visible opportunity within its corporate finance function.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis, while partnering with stakeholders across finance and operations to drive informed decision-making
Key Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end FP&A deliverables.

Develop and maintain financial models across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

Prepare executive and board-level reporting, providing clear commercial insights.

Analyse capital, cash flow, and key business performance drivers.

Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Drive reporting automation, process improvement, and best-practice FP&A processes.
About You
-
CA or CPA qualified with strong FP&A, commercial finance, or financial modelling experience.

Advanced Excel and financial systems capability.

Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence outcomes.

Excellent communication skills with experience supporting senior stakeholders
