YOUR ROLE
As a key member of this winning Total & Permanent Disablement/Super/Income protection insurance claims division of this first-class plaintiff firm, being mentored by top personal injury lawyers, you will love helping injured clients obtain justice in respect of TPD and income protection insurance claims they make via their superannuation fund.
You will be responsible for obtaining initial client instructions, attending to all the completion of all relevant documents to activate their file, reviewing medical evidence, trust deed/insurance policy and conduct legal research to assess viability of the claim, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and day to day file administration until claim finalisation.

WHO YOU ARE

- have MINIMUM 12 MONTHS or more personal injury experience in TPD/income protection insurance claims either in a plaintiff or defendant personal injury law firm OR working for an insurer;
