Your new company
Join a large Federal Government organisation delivering a major transformation program focused on modernising corporate systems and strengthening enterprise risk management capabilities. This high-profile initiative will help improve governance, compliance, reporting, and decision-making across the organisation.
Your new role
As an Enterprise Risk Management Specialist, you will provide expert guidance throughout the implementation of a new risk management platform. Working closely with business and program stakeholders, you will ensure risk frameworks, governance requirements, controls, reporting structures, and compliance obligations are effectively embedded within the solution.
You will analyse existing risk processes, support solution design and configuration, contribute to testing and deployment activities, and provide specialist advice to ensure the platform aligns with Commonwealth governance and risk management requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise risk management.
- Experience implementing or enhancing risk management systems or GRC platforms.
- Strong understanding of Commonwealth governance, assurance and risk management frameworks.
- Experience developing risk reporting, controls, governance documentation and stakeholder communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Baseline Security Clearance.
- Previous Federal Government experience is highly regarded.
- ServiceNow IRM/GRC experience will be advantageous.
