About You
- 3+ years’ full stack development, strong in React/Next.js
- Real production apps shipped, not just personal projects
- Comfortable across the stack — front end, APIs, deployment
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Basic IT admin skills — laptops and networks don’t faze you
- Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Strong troubleshooter, code or hardware
- Explains things clearly to non-technical people
- Self-driven — gets things done without chasing
