About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our welcoming team at Juniper Gerdewoonem in Kununurra, Western Australia on a Maximum Term Contract until 12 February 2027.

Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will provide clinical leadership to a dedicated multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Conduct resident assessments, reviews and care planning to support positive health outcomes.
  • Coordinate resident admissions and ongoing clinical care requirements.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care services.
  • Support, mentor and develop the capability of nursing and care teams.
  • Monitor clinical quality, risk and compliance outcomes, including incident management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience within aged care, residential care or a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance and care planning processes.
  • Experience with AN-ACC funding, assessments and documentation (desirable).
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to obtain all required clearances, including a National Police Clearance and Key Personnel checks.
