What you'll be doing:
Providing complex person-centred support in homes and communities
Complex behaviour support provision in line with participant plan
Medication administration in line with participant plan
Assisting with high intensity daily living - personal care, mobility, meal prep and household tasks
Supporting community access - appointments, social events and outings
Encouraging independent and helping clients achieve their goals
Keeping accurate records via our digital platforms
Working a mix of shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays
Must have requirements:
Cert III in Individual Support or equivalent
First Aid & CPR (current)
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Orientation & Induction Modules
Driver's licence & reliable, insured vehicle
Flexibility to work varied shifts
Safety Intervention Training (SIT) formerly known as MAPA
