About the Role
We are seeking customer-focused and safety-conscious Full Time Bus Drivers to join our team at our state-of-the-art Ivanhoe Electric Bus Depot.
Whether you're an experienced heavy vehicle driver or looking for a rewarding new career, Ventura provides comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
As a Ventura Bus Driver, you'll:

What You'll Bring
- Current Victorian MR or HR Licence
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Safe driving history
- Commitment to safety and professionalism
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, early mornings and evenings
- Heavy vehicle or commercial driving experience is highly regarded
You must be able to obtain:
- Driver Accreditation (DC)
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Relevant medical and background clearances
