The Team & Role 

Join a collaborative multidisciplinary Community Rehabilitation Program (CRP) delivering evidence-based, person-centred care across community, home and telehealth settings. As a Grade 2 Speech Pathologist, you will manage a diverse adult caseload, providing assessment, intervention and rehabilitation for clients with communication, cognitive and swallowing disorders. Working closely with clients, families and the broader healthcare team, you will play a key role in achieving meaningful rehabilitation outcomes while also supporting Grade 1 Speech Pathologists, Allied Health Assistants and students through supervision and mentoring. This is an exciting opportunity to combine clinical expertise with leadership, quality improvement and research activities in a supportive and innovative team environment.

Skills & Experience Required 

  • Eligible for practising membership of Speech Pathology Australia
  • Current Victorian Driver’s licence
  • Demonstrated excellence in the provision of best/evidence based adult related speech pathology
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous and innovative improvement through actively leading quality and/or research activities
  • Supervision / formal support for Grade 1 Speech Pathologists, Allied Health Assistants and/or students
