THE POSITION:
- Supervise, lead, and support Security Officers on shift.
- Coordinate rosters, payroll queries, and daily administration tasks.
- Conduct patrols and ensure site security compliance.
- Respond to alarms, incidents, behavioural issues, and emergencies.
- Complete reports, logs, investigations, and shift handovers.
- Operate security systems including Uniguard, CCTV, and access control.
- Conduct inductions, contractor escorts, and delivery movements.
- Promote professional standards, safety, and policy compliance.
THE PERSON:
- Certificate III in Security Operations with current Security and Crowd Control Licence.
- Current First Aid / CPR qualification.
- Strong communication skills with confident report writing ability.
- Competent computer skills across reports and security systems.
- Current manual driver’s licence with strong reliability and fitness.
- Previous hospital, healthcare, or high-risk site experience desirable.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience with conflict resolution skills.
- Professional, calm under pressure, alert, and flexible with rotating rosters.
