Payroll Specialist

PrimeLease Homes Inc is hiring a Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing, payment records, and employee/contractor compensation tracking.

The Payroll Specialist will help ensure payroll information is accurate, organized, and processed on time. This role requires strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and good communication with management and team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with processing payroll for employees and contractors
2. Maintain accurate payroll and payment records
3. Track hours, pay schedules, deductions, and payment confirmations
4. Help prepare payroll reports for management
5. Review payroll details for accuracy before payment processing
6. Maintain employee and contractor payment information securely
7. Assist with onboarding payroll forms and required documentation
8. Respond to payroll-related questions professionally
9. Organize payroll records for accounting and tax purposes
10. Report any payroll discrepancies or issues to management promptly

Requirements:

1. Payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, HR, or administrative experience preferred
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
3. Ability to handle confidential information professionally
4. Good communication and organizational skills
5. Comfortable using spreadsheets, payroll software, and online tools
6. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
7. Knowledge of payroll compliance is a plus

Part-time: $1,500 per month

Full-time: $3,000 per month
