Your role
Reporting to the Governance Manager – Data, AI & Privacy, you'll support the practical delivery of governance across data, artificial intelligence and privacy domains. You'll work with business and technology stakeholders to ensure governance requirements are understood, applied and continuously improved.
- Coordinate governance activities across data, artificial intelligence and privacy
- Maintain registers, actions, risks and governance records
- Prepare governance reporting, dashboards and decision materials
- Support assessments, reviews and evidence collection activities
- Develop guidance, templates and governance support resources
- Facilitate workshops, education sessions and stakeholder engagement
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be a collaborative governance professional who can translate complex concepts into practical actions. Your background may be stronger in data, artificial intelligence or privacy, with the flexibility to work across all three domains.
- Experience supporting governance, compliance or risk frameworks
- Strong understanding of data and artificial intelligence lifecycles
- Ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience tracking risks, issues and remediation activities
- Ability to improve processes and drive consistent practices
