Cater Care is seeking a dynamic, commercially minded FIFO Village Manager to lead remote site operations across our Far North Queensland and national mining village network. Operating on a 14/7 roster (FIFO ex-Cairns), you will take full operational ownership of site facilities, lead a dedicated service team, and maintain top-tier relationships with client stakeholders.
Roster Details:
- 14 Days On, 7 Days Off roster rotation
- Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) flights provided ex-Cairns
What This Role Involves:
- Manage daily village operations across site catering, accommodation, housekeeping, and facilities
- Oversee accommodation reservation platforms seamlessly (VAMS, SAMS, or RMS)
- Take full financial control of site P&L performance with a sharp focus on labour and food costs
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary site team while building a strong safety culture
- Act as the primary on-site contact to build and maintain strong relationships with client representatives
