About You:
- Diploma qualified (or actively working towards)
- Proven experience leading or working confidently in a early years setting.
- A vibrant, warm and positive personality
- Reliable, organised and confident in routines, documentation and room leadership
- A genuine team player who will complement our already strong team culture
- Passionate about providing high-quality care during the most important early years
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Document children's progress and communicate effectively with parents.
- Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Full Working Rights
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
- Experience as a room leader or assistant room leader - must be adaptable to jump into the role smoothly
