About Us

Sylvanvale Limited is an award-winning, not-for-profit disability service provider supporting over 350 people with disability. We pride ourselves on assisting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds to live and participate in their communities as they choose.

Based on our 2026 Staff Engagement Survey results, Sylvanvale has been recognised as one of the winners of the Xref Engage Best Workplace Awards for 2026.

About the Role

If you enjoy building meaningful relationships and supporting people to live more independently, this could be the role for you. As a Flexible Support Worker, you'll provide one-on-one support at home and in the community, helping clients build confidence, develop daily living skills, achieve their individual goals and stay connected to the people and activities that matter most to them.

Every day is different, from attending appointments and shopping to using public transport, preparing meals, supporting household tasks, exploring local attractions or enjoying a coffee at a favourite café. Along the way, you'll encourage social inclusion, foster independence and build positive relationships with clients, families and the wider support network.

For this particular role, the client's preference is for a female Support Worker.
