Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement MicroStrategy BI solutions to meet client requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for enhanced decision-making.
- Optimize and troubleshoot MicroStrategy performance issues, ensuring system reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices on data modeling, schema design, and report development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate MicroStrategy with various data sources and platforms.
- Conduct user training and support adoption of MicroStrategy tools across business units.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience (3+ years) working as a MicroStrategy Consultant or Developer.
- Strong knowledge of MicroStrategy Architecture, Report Development, and Dashboarding.
- Experience with SQL, Data Warehousing, and ETL processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based BI solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
