Our client is a small privately owned manufacturing organisation based in Keysborough. They are currently seeking a new team member to join their small close knit team in this end to end supply chain role.
Reporting to the MD, this role will be responsible for:
* Managing customer orders on a daily basis;
* Liaise with customers to confirm order details;
* Work closely with production, warehouse, purchasing, logistics and other internal teams to ensure orders are progressing;
* Monitor and manage delivery timeframes and identify any potential delays;
* Coordinate delivery arrangements with transport porviders;
Manage and resolves customer queries and issues;
* Prepare and process quotes, sales orders, invoices, purchase orders and other documentation;
* Build strong customer relationships.
You will have a solid background in manufacturing/inventory based environment, where you have managed sales orders and the supply chain process and have a strong customer service focus.
