Recycling Facility Workers – Multiple Vacancies
Location: Bibra Lake, WA
Employment: Casual – Ongoing opportunities
Roster: Mon to Fri, 4:30am with an indicative finish time of 2:30pm.
Please note: Finish times may vary depending on operational requirements. Flexibility to work additional hours is essential.
Category 5 Labour Management is seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join a leading national waste management and recycling company based in Bibra Lake.
We have multiple ongoing opportunities available for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a busy, safety-focused team.
About the Roles Depending on the position, duties may include:
- Sorting recyclable materials and removing contaminants
- General yard duties, sweeping and housekeeping
- Operating forklifts and moving materials (licensed operators)
- Monitoring production lines and material flow
- Manual handling and lifting up to 25kg
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Following workplace safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Current WA Driver’s Licence and reliable transport
- Full Australian working rights
- Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive manual tasks
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to safety
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Willingness to obtain Hepatitis A & B immunisations if required
- Ability to complete online inductions before commencing
- LF Forklift Licence and operating experience highly regarded
- Flexibility with working hours is essential, as finish times may vary depending on operational requirements.
Previous recycling, manufacturing, production or yard experience is desirable but not essential. A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most.
