As an established, family-owned and award-winning dealership, we're looking for an experienced Service Manager or Senior Service Advisor ready to take the next step and help drive our Service Department forward.
About the role
You'll lead and develop the service team, oversee departmental performance and profitability, and ensure outstanding customer service across our Toyota and Mazda operations. You'll be supported by a dedicated Service Advisor, experienced technicians and an established dealer group..
About you:
- Previous automotive dealership Service Management experience is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Toyota or Mazda dealership experience will be highly regarded. Senior Service Advisors ready to step up are encouraged to enquire.
