Boutique Firm | Supportive Team | 2 Days WFH Once Established
You're an experienced Conveyancer.
You know how to manage a file from start to finish. You know what needs to happen next, how to keep clients informed and how to get a matter through to settlement.
So perhaps you're looking for a firm that simply trusts you to do what you do best.
We're working with a highly regarded boutique law firm looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their established and supportive team.
This isn't a role where you'll be micromanaged or left completely on your own.
You'll have the autonomy to manage your matters while being part of a team that is approachable, collaborative and always willing to help when needed.
And once you've settled into the role?
You'll have the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.
The Role
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of residential conveyancing matters, managing transactions from instruction through to settlement.
Your day will include:
- Managing conveyancing files from start to finish
- Preparing contracts, Section 32 Statements and transfer documentation
- Coordinating settlements through PEXA
- Managing critical dates, searches and documentation
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, brokers and financial institutions
- Keeping matters moving and clients informed throughout the process
- Delivering the high level of service the firm's established client base expects
About You
We're looking for someone who can confidently hit the ground running.
You will have:
- Previous experience as a Conveyancer
- Strong knowledge of Victorian residential conveyancing
- Experience independently managing files from commencement through to settlement
- Hands-on LEAP experience — this is essential
- PEXA experience
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- A calm, organised and proactive approach
Why This One?
✔ Boutique firm where you're known and valued
✔ Manage quality matters with an established client base
✔ Supportive leadership and a genuinely friendly team
✔ 2 days work from home once established
✔ Autonomy, trust and flexibility
✔ Long-term opportunity with a stable and growing practice
The Bottom Line
If you're tired of feeling like just another person managing an endless file list and want to join a firm where the work is interesting, the people are approachable and flexibility is genuinely on offer, let's have a conversation.
LEAP experience is essential for this position.
