Locations: Maribyrnong (West) or Greensborough (North-East)
Join a well-established early childhood intervention team where clinical reasoning and collaboration sit at the centre of practice.
We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist or Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-informed clinical intervention within a transdisciplinary key worker model, supporting young children and their families in everyday environments.
No two days are the same. You will have autonomy to plan and schedule your work in a way that supports families, while maintaining clinical quality and consistency.

About you
We are looking for someone who can:
Deliver clinical intervention that supports participation in daily routines
Work with families using a coaching approach to build confidence and capability
Provide support in home, kindergarten, and community settings
Apply your discipline knowledge within a shared team model
Translate assessment and observation into clear, practical strategies
Contribute to goal setting, review, and ongoing clinical decision making
Work alongside allied health, educators, and other key people in the child’s life

Essential:
Qualification in Occupational Therapy (AHPRA) or Speech Pathology (SPA)
Experience or interest in early childhood intervention
Strong clinical reasoning and ability to apply this in practice
Confidence working independently and within a team
A clear, practical approach to supporting children and families
Screening Criteria:
National Police check
Working with Children check and NDIS Worker Screening check or ability to obtain
Valid Victorian Drivers license
Right to Work in Australia
