TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS
- Urgently seeking 4 Traffic Controllers for ongoing projects in Jandakot.
- Responsibilities include safely guiding traffic and maintaining work areas.

We are urgently looking for 4x Traffic Controllers for our client, working across projects based out of Jandakot and mostly assisting with putting out signs during landscape streetscapes work in progress and basic labouring.
Role: Traffic Controllers
Location: Jandakot Location
Pay Rate: $37/Hr - $40/Hr + Penalties + Super
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, approximately 6:30 am - 3:00 pm
Start: Immediately
Our client is a leading landscape gardening business that has recently work a few local council projects, currently looking to add more ongoing Traffic Controllers to their strong team.
The roles will work under the guidance and direction of experienced Leading Hands and will provide full training.
Job Duties:
- Safely guiding vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians around construction zones, accidents, or temporary road closures using tools like "Stop/Slow" bats, hand signals, and radios.
- Placing, maintaining, and packing up temporary road signs, cones, barriers, and detours to match the site's specific traffic management plan.
- Keeping a constant lookout for hazards, coordinating updates with other crew members or emergency teams via two-way radios, and ensuring the safety of on-site workers and the general public.
- Performing general labouring duties across ongoing streetscape projects.
- Maintaining work areas and assisting with general site duties.
Requirements:
- Traffic management accreditation (BWTM).
- Construction White Card and drivers licence.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors as part of a team.
- Full Australian Working Rights.
