THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a well-established not-for-profit organisation in the health and community sector. They have a strong sense of purpose and a professional, well-structured operating environment. The culture is open, collaborative and supportive, and the organisation is going through an exciting period of change. To support the payroll function during a busy period, they’re looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll join an established payroll team for a temporary assignment of four to six months. You’ll work two to three days per week, starting immediately. You’ll support the team with end-to-end transactional payroll administration, including processing pays, maintaining employee records, preparing calculations and responding to payroll queries. Experienced colleagues will be on hand to support you with enterprise agreement and award interpretation. The role is hybrid, with mostly remote work and one day per week in the Sydney office.

THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring solid payroll administration experience and hands-on knowledge of iCHRIS. iCHRIS experience is essential, because you’ll need to work confidently in the system from day one.
