Mr truck driver required for 3 month role in Bayswater
Your new company
Client is seeking an experienced MR Truck Driver to join a leading business within the fire services industry based in Bayswater. This is a 3-month assignment with an immediate start, working Monday to Friday, 5:00am to 2:00pm.
This role involves delivering fire safety equipment and stock to clients across Melbourne while providing outstanding customer service at every stop.
Your new role
- Safely operate an MR truck to complete scheduled deliveries- Deliver fire services equipment and stock to client sites
- Load and unload deliveries as required
- Ensure delivery documentation is completed accurately
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and comply with all road safety requirements
* Undergo and pass a Police check
What you'll need to succeed
- Current MR Driver's Licence- Proven experience in a delivery driving role (min 4 years experience)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional presentation
- Good knowledge of Melbourne metropolitan roads
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks when required
What you'll get in return
- 3-month temporary assignment with immediate start- Consistent Monday to Friday hours
- 5am - 2pm Mon to Frid
