Your new company
This Queensland-based company that operates across various industries is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. Commencing ASAP, this well-rounded position will be based on site at their Fortitude Valley offices, which are located in a prime location, close to various public transport connections with extensive lunchtime dining options.
Your new role
Reporting to the Company Directors, you will be responsible for:
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
- Preparing and processing payroll
- Assisting with financial reporting
- Assisting with cash flow forecasting
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience as a bookkeeper / Finance Officer
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve
