IT Helpdesk / Desktop Support || 3 Days/Week in OfficeLocation: Melbourne CBD
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, or Desktop Support environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Experience supporting hardware, software, mobile devices, and AV technologies.
- Exposure to IT asset management, user onboarding, and technology procurement.
- Excellent customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
