As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

• Deliver community-based occupational therapy services across metropolitan Melbourne
• Manage a varied caseload including NDIS, TAC, Medicare, WorkSafe, and private clients
• Conduct functional capacity assessments, intervention planning, and progress reviews
• Provide assistive technology recommendations and home modification assessments
• Support clients with physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and functional needs
• Deliver services in home, community, and selected clinic settings
• Work within your agreed travel radius to ensure sustainable workload and lifestyle balance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting in line with funding requirements
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in clinical supervision

• Full autonomy over your caseload and working schedule
• Flexible contractor arrangement (choose full-time, part-time, or casual hours)

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA registration
• Strong interest in community-based and client-centred practice
