Due to continued growth, they are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists to join their team on a contractor basis.

    This opportunity allows you to build and manage your own caseload while working across clinic, community, home, and telehealth settings.

    As a Contractor Occupational Therapist, you will:

    • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions
    • Support clients across the lifespan with a variety of physical, cognitive, sensory, psychosocial, and developmental needs
    • Deliver services in clinic, home, school, workplace, and community settings
    • Develop and implement client-centred therapy plans focused on functional outcomes and independence
    • Provide education, coaching, and support to families, carers, support workers, and educators
    • Complete functional capacity assessments, assistive technology assessments, and reports
    • Recommend and prescribe equipment, environmental modifications, and adaptive strategies
    • Support clients with self-care, home management, community participation, and vocational goals
    • Collaborate closely with other allied health professionals within a multidisciplinary team
    • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reporting
    • Participate in professional development, mentoring, and multidisciplinary training opportunities

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
    • Current AHPRA Registration
    • Current Working With Children Check
    • Current Victorian Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
    • Current Australian Driver's Licence
    • Professional association membership (preferred)
    • Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team

    • Experience working in community, disability, NDIS, paediatrics, or rehabilitation settings
    • Experience completing functional capacity assessments and assistive technology reports
