Site Manager, ACT

The Role Reporting to the Project Leadership Team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating site installation activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, ensuring seamless site operations and exceptional project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on major mechanical services projects
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site resources
• Drive site productivity and program delivery
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate works with other trades and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve site issues
• Maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
• Deliver projects in line with contractual, commercial, and operational objectives

About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Proven experience managing HVAC or mechanical services projects
• Strong site leadership and coordination capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to drive productivity while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• A trade qualification or construction-related background (highly regarded)
