4WD Accessory Fitter

About the Role:

As a 4WD Accessory Fitter, you'll play a key role in transforming vehicles into off-road masterpieces. our primary responsibility will be the professional installation and fitment of ARB's premium accessories and equipment on customer vehicles. We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on fitter with a strong background in mechanical, auto electrical or panel beating work, who takes pride in their craftsmanship and can confidently work across a range of vehicles in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a wide range of premium ARB 4WD accessories, delivering quality fitments that exceed customer expectations.

• Adhere to workshop WHS and SOP procedures to keep our environment safe and efficient. 

• Engage in various workshop duties - keeping our space tidy and organised while honing your skills.

• Maintain and look after our workshop tools and equipment with pride.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience and/or qualifications in a mechanical, auto electrical or a panel beating role is highly desirable

• Strong safety mindset with a current driver's license. 

• Strong focus on ensuring all work within the workshop is completed safely and accurately.

• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
