About the Role:
As a 4WD Accessory Fitter, you'll play a key role in transforming vehicles into off-road masterpieces. our primary responsibility will be the professional installation and fitment of ARB's premium accessories and equipment on customer vehicles. We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on fitter with a strong background in mechanical, auto electrical or panel beating work, who takes pride in their craftsmanship and can confidently work across a range of vehicles in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Install a wide range of premium ARB 4WD accessories, delivering quality fitments that exceed customer expectations.

Adhere to workshop WHS and SOP procedures to keep our environment safe and efficient.

Engage in various workshop duties - keeping our space tidy and organised while honing your skills.

Maintain and look after our workshop tools and equipment with pride.
Key Requirements:

Previous experience and/or qualifications in a mechanical, auto electrical or a panel beating role is highly desirable

Strong safety mindset with a current driver's license.
- Strong focus on ensuring all work within the workshop is completed safely and accurately.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
