The Company:
Our client is a highly regarded D&C specialist delivering commercial and industrial projects across WA, typically ranging from $5M to $60M.
They have built an exceptional reputation in the market through strong client relationships, a high percentage of negotiated work and a consistent pipeline of repeat business.
Their portfolio includes industrial facilities, warehouses, cold storage, distribution centres, logistics facilities and retail projects, alongside government projects including schools up to $50M.
The business is led by an experienced leadership team with strong industry relationships and a genuine focus on looking after their people. Their exceptionally high retention rates are a reflection of the culture, support and flexibility offered across the business.
The Role:
They are now looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to join the team and take ownership of the commercial and contractual management of industrial project South of the River.
You’ll be part of a properly resourced project team, working alongside an experienced Project Manager, Site Manager and HSE Advisor. This means you can focus on delivering your CA responsibilities without being spread across multiple projects or functions.
This is a great opportunity for an Intermediate CA who is ready for more responsibility. You’ll have direct access to the Directors, genuine autonomy in your role and the support of an experienced leadership team.

Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Construction Economics or Quantity Surveying
- Solid Intermediate-level Contract Administrator experience
- Proven experience independently managing contracts on $10M+ projects
- Recent experience within commercial or industrial construction
- Strong commercial and contractual acumen
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- D&C experience highly regarded
- WA construction experience preferred
- Full Australian working rights are required
