As experts in the commercial & industrial construction sector, my client is well known for delivering tailored design & construction projects. They have developed an exceptional base of repeat clients and are a company many have on their radar for all the right reasons. With a tight knit team, their Directors have an exceptional reputation and have excellent retention rates.

Projects are a mix of industrial warehouses, distribution centres, cold storage facilities, workshops, and logistic facilities.They are currently looking for a new Site Manager to join their team for to lead an industrial project in Jandakot. 

Key Requirements:

• Trade Qualified carpenter is essential.
• Proven experience working on commercial projects $30-50M +
• Previous experience on industrial projects is preferred but not essential.
• Proven experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor in commercial building is essential.
• Local experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Tilt Panel Ticket is preferred.
