Plant Operators – Hughenden Roadworks Project
Experienced Plant Operators are required for 3 month flood recovery and road maintenance project in Hughenden.
We are seeking operators experienced with:
- Smooth Drum Roller
- Multi-Tyre Roller
- Bobcat / Skid Steer
- Excavator
- Job Truck
- HR Truck Driving
Candidates with multiple plant competencies will be highly regarded.
What Is on Offer
- 5/2 roster
- Standard 8.5-hour days
- Overtime and possible weekend work
- Hourly rates plus applicable penalties ($54 – $58 per hour dependent on experience, + Penalties)
- Accommodation supplied in Hughenden
- Applicable allowances (Camp allowance, travel allowance to and from Hughenden, Meal allowance)
- Council vehicles provided for work-related travel
- Consistent project work for approximately 3 months (Up to Christmas Closure – 18th December)
- Organise own transport to and from Hughenden.
About You:
You will ideally have:
- Relevant plant operating experience on civil related projects
- Current plant competencies and licences
- Construction White Card
- HR Licence where applicable
- Roadworks, civil or flood recovery experience
- A strong commitment to safety
- Availability to commit to the project duration
