Our client is a much-loved women’s lingerie and sleepwear brand seeking a Part-Time Store Manager to lead their Armadale store.
Ready to step into Store Management without committing to full-time hours? This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Assistant Store Manager ready to take the next step, or an emerging Store Manager looking for a supportive environment to grow.
You’ll lead an established, self-reliant team and create a warm, welcoming and personalised customer experience in a category where fit, comfort and confidence really matter.
$45K + Super | 25 hours per week | No late nights | 3-day weekend every month
What you’ll be responsible for
- Lead and motivate an established team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Drive store performance, KPIs and commercial results
- Coach and develop your team through regular feedback and support
- Create a positive, inclusive and customer-first store culture
- Oversee daily operations, stock processes and store presentation
- Deliver strong visual merchandising with commercial judgement
What’s on offer
- $45,000 + Super
- 25 hours per week on average
- Tuesday–Saturday roster

What we’re looking for
- An experienced ASM ready to step into Store Management, or an emerging SM with the maturity and confidence to lead
- A polished, approachable and hands-on retail leader
- Someone who genuinely connects with customers and understands the importance of fit, comfort and personalised service
- Strong commercial awareness and experience working to KPIs
- A natural coach who enjoys developing and motivating a team
- Strong operational, stock management and visual merchandising skills
- Someone who enjoys leading by example and working collaboratively with an established team
