Maintenance Officer
- Maintain and repair buildings, furniture, and equipment to a high standard.
- Ensure the comfort and wellbeing of residents at Rowville Manor.
- Perform on-call duties as required.
About the Role
Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing the buildings, furniture and equipment to a high standard, having regard for the comfort and wellbeing of the residents at Rowville Manor. This position includes on call duties as required and travel reimbursements.
Permanent Full-Time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:06pm.

Essential Requirements
- Current and valid police check
- Current Victorian driver's licence
- Vaccination certificate
- Experience in the maintenance of an aged care facility
- Knowledge of building regulations related to aged care
