Senior Business Analyst
- Support delivery of the organisation’s Strategic Project Portfolio.
- Provide business analysis for M&A, Regulatory, IT and business Transformation projects.
- Translate business intent into actionable requirements.
Through the merger of Bank Australia and Qudos Bank we’re creating a better, stronger and more resilient bank for our customers and employees. As one company with two trusted brands, we’re building on the strong foundations of our history and shared values as we bring together the best of both banks.
Following merger Day 1, the Bank has embarked on an ambitious post-merger integration program to set the conditions for future M&A growth as soon as possible. This rapid growth means the bank has also reached a scale and complexity that requires enhancements to its Control Environment in 2026.
We are looking for a strategically-minded and energetic Senior Business Analyst to support delivery of the organisation’s Strategic Project Portfolio while assisting with solving complex business problems, scoping the project work required to realise the Corporate Strategy, delivering assigned work with limited supervision and setting an example in the art of the possible.
The Senior Business Analyst is part of a team that converts business intent into reality. The Senior Business Analyst provides meaningful input into the design and development of high-profile and high-risk activities that progress the Corporate Strategy. Their insights are drawn from advisory and delivery experience as well as situations where they have been required to achieve desired outcomes individually or as part of a team.
The Senior Business Analyst knows their stakeholders and takes ownership of what needs to be done and does the work to get it done.
This role can be based in Melbourne (Collingwood) or Sydney (currently in Mascot with office relocation to the CBD in November 2026).
